¶ Building MVP
If you already have a list of product requirements ready and know what you want to build, you can directly start with the step “Version Definition”. However, if the requirements right now are still not clear and defined, we would suggest you go back to step one on “Requirement Analysis & Design Definition”.
¶ Examples
- One of the DX teams or business members comes up with a detailed business case on a new IoT product applied in the salon. To build this MVP, we don’t have to start right from the beginning, but from “Version Definition” to draft and prioritise what needs to be included in this first MVP.
